Senior Magistrate court 7 Minna remand 2 Mastermind of Lambata Village Head Killing in Prison Custody.
The two alleged masterminds, Musa Abubakar Gajima and Danladi Dashe were arraigned before the Senior Magistrate Court Seven Minna on an amended First Information Report by the police for Criminal Conspiracy, Criminal trespass, Mischief, Causing grievous hurt, Culpable Homicide and belonging to the gang of thugs.
The Prosecutor told the Court that during investigation, the Complainant identified Musa Abubakar Gajima and Danladi Dashe as part of the accused persons in connection with the murder of the village head of Lambata Muhammad Abdulsafur and inflicting injuries on some members of his family.
After the Senior Magistrate Fati Kabir read the six count charges to the accused persons, they pleaded not guilty.
Having denied the allegations, the Prosecutor prayed the Court to adjourn the case to another date to enable the Police make more efforts to arrest the remaining suspects still at large.
The Senior Magistrate Fati Kabir however granted the Prosecutor’s request and adjourned the case to the fifteenth of March, 2023 for further mention.
The Court also ordered that the two suspects Musa Abubakar Gajima and Danladi Dashe be joined with the other fourteen suspects in the correctional Center.
