CP OGUNDELE OF NIGER CONDOLES THE FAMILIES OF DECEASED VILLAGE HEAD OF LAMBATA AND REV. FR. ISAAC ACHI OF K/KORO.
The Commissioner of Police, Niger State Command,CP Ogundele J. Ayodeji, psc visits the District head of Lambata in Gurara Local Government area of Niger state where he condole with the family of the deceased Village head of Lambata, Alhaji Mohammad Abdulsafur who was attacked by irate youths in his residence today 14/01/2023.Y
The Commissioner of Police condoles the District head and family of the deceased where he assures the family that the perpetrators of the dastard act will be apprehended and shall be made to face the consequences of their actions.
He enjoined the family not to take laws into their hands and to allow the criminal justice system take its course in ensuring that Justice prevails.
Similarly, the CP also visits the scene of the unfortunate incident of bandits’ attack at Kafin-Koro in Paikoro LGA where Rev. Fr. Isaac Achi was burnt to death.
He noted that the assailants set the residence ablaze which led to the death of the Rev.Achi.
He further noted that Police tactical teams engaged the hoodlums in a gun duel and as a result, the bandits hurriedly escaped while Rev. Collins neighbour to Rev. Isaac was shot on the shoulder by the hoodlums as he was trying to escape, he was later rescued by the Police to the hospital for treatment.
The CP then paid a condolence visit to the District Head of Kafin-Koro and the Church members, while assuring them that the Niger state Police Command will not rest on its oars, until the perpetrators are brought to book.
