My Constituency Shall reap devidend of democracy if elected, APC Reps Candidate Gurara,Tafa, Suleja Fed Const
A House of Representatives Candidate for Gurara, Tafa and Suleja Federal Constituency under the platform of All progressiv Congress (APC), in Niger state Mallam Haruna Arafat Magaji, has reiterated his preparedness to ensure equal representation of his Constituency at the lower chamber of the National Assembly if voted in the forthcoming election.
He said he took decision to vie for the position of the federal legislative to better the lots and wellbeings of his three constituencies because of his passion to impact positively on their lives.
According to the house of representative hopeful, if given the mandate he will legislate on Constituency project that will have direct bearing on the people of his Constituency through the provision of quality projects that will improve living standard of his Constituency.
Haruna Arafat stated this in an exclusive interview with the Nigeria Daily post in Minna at the weekend assured that he is passionate about his people who are mostly farmers.
He noted that as legislative aid to the former Chief Whip of the federal house of representative Hon. Abubakar Bawa Bwari,and “also as an insider in the lower chamber of the National Assembly,’I think I should be the most qualify candidate to represent the good people of these Federal Constituency at the lower chamber of the National Assembly”.
He maintained that he will ensure that he make laws that will bring sucour to the people of his Constituency and the generality of Nigerians,assuring that his desire to aspire to the National representative position was to contribute his own little quota to the well-being of the country.
He stated that Nigeria as a nation need the collective efforts of all regardless of tribes, ethnics, religious and political inclinations to build a virile and peaceful nation that will be an envy of all this, according to him will be actualise through a collective synergies of all critical stakeholders in Nigeria project.
” We have a duty as a nation to make this country a better place for our teaming younger generation. We owe a duty to move this great country from the shackle of poverty”.
It is our collective responsibility as a nation to build this country to be an envious of other country, we can only actualise this through a collective synergies of all Nigerians inrespective of regions, tribes and political inclinations.
He appealed to all Nigerians to put the interest of the country above any parochial interest,stating that Nigeria as a country is above any other entity .
Speaking further, Arafat Magaji charged politicians to guide against any act that will be inimical to the smooth conduct of the forthcoming elections stressing the need for maintainace of peaceful and orderliness during, before and after the election.
He called on eligible voters to come out in their large numbers to collect their voters card to enable them perform their franchise and vote for the candidate of their choice during the elections.
