Niger, Commandant of Peace Corps, Commends National Assembly for the passage of the bill esterblishing NPC.

The passage of the bill for the establishment of the Nigerian Peace Corps (NPC), by the lower chamber of the National Assembly will create job opportunity for the teaming youths in the country. the Commander of the Corps in Niger state Patriot Silas Babayi Yissa has observed
He stated that the National Peace corps bill as passed by the lower chamber of the National Assembly will be described as the monumental achievement recorded by the 9th National Assembly noting that if assented by the president Mohammed Buhari it will remain evergreen in the history of his administration.
Speaking in an exclusive Interview With Nigeria daily post Minna during the week, Patriot Silas Yissa explained that the NPC as a valumtory and none governmental organization before the passage of the bill after passing the third reading, if assented to by the present administration of Mohammed Buhari it will among other achievements bring sucour to the increasing rate of joblessness among Nigerian youths.
According to the commandant, before now the National Peace corps has been complementing other sister agencies across the country as a valumtory organization, such as crowd control, maintainace of orderliness in filling stations and assisting school children to cross roads as well as traffic control among other valumtory services.
He noted that if the bill is assented to by the president, it will further serve as a morale booster and spur officers and men of the corps to put more efforts in the discharge of their duty urging well meaning Nigerians to Prevail on the president to hasten in assenting to the bill.
“Already, officers and men of the Peace corps are patriotic youths that are committed to the nation building”.
These are Nigerians that are so committed to the unity of their Father land.They serve the corps as valunteers. “The passage of the bill by the lower Chamber of the National Assembly has rebuild their hope.”
I want to passionately appeal to well meaning Nigerians Irespective of ethnics and religious inclination to as a matter of necessity to Prevail on the president to quickly assent to the bill to reduce the increasing proportion of joblessness among our teaming youths in the country” he stated.
He appealed to the president to as a matter of urgency ensure the speedy assenting to the bill to become an act.
He further stressed that by assenting to the bill it will go along way in alleviating the plight of unemployment among the teaming graduates in the country.
While commending members of the House of Representative for their collective efforts in the passage of bill after the third reading, Babayi Yissa emphasize the needs for the speedy assenting to the bill so as Nigerians youths will ever remain grateful to the president Mohammed Buhari administration.
