Governor Umaru Bago Attends PGF Meeting in Abuja, Reaffirms Support for President Tinubu

Niger State Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago participated in a closed-door meeting of the Progressive Governors Forum (PGF) held at the Imo State Governor’s Lodge in Abuja. The gathering included several APC governors convening to discuss key issues ahead of the upcoming APC National Caucus and NEC meetings, focusing on party affairs.
Following the meeting, PGF Chairman and Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma conveyed that discussions centered on the organizational structure for the APC congresses and convention, along with initiatives to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s security efforts by empowering local vigilantes and youth groups.
Governor Uzodimma reaffirmed the forum’s unwavering support for President Tinubu’s reform policies, highlighting positive outcomes such as the economic recovery program. He urged Nigerians to remain committed, understanding, and supportive of the administration’s ongoing efforts to reposition the nation.
