Farmer Governor Umaru Bago Mourns the Death of former Niger SSG Daniel Shashere.
Niger State Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago is mourning the death of former Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Mr. Daniel Clifford Shashere.
In a message delivered through his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, Governor Bago extends his deepest condolences to the family of the late Clifford Shashere.
He describes the deceased as jovial, humble, dedicated, and an outstanding administrator who significantly contributed to public service in Niger State.
Governor Bago recalls how Mr. Shashere expertly coordinated government activities during the administration of Dr. Mu’azu Babangida Aliyu, thanks to his extensive administrative experience as a former Permanent Secretary.
He emphasizes that the loss of Mr. Shashere is a tremendous blow not only to his family but to the entire state. However, he notes that the legacies of selfless service, hard work, and commitment to duty will always remain in the hearts of many.
The Governor prays that God grants mercy to the soul of the late Shashere and provides eternal rest, while also praying for comfort for the deceased family and all those who mourn his passing.
