100 Orphans and Underprivileged Children Benefit from Hon. Modibbo’s Full Sponsorship Initiative .

By Our Correspondent.

One hundred orphans and children from less privileged backgrounds have received their admission letters from IBBU to pursue a Diploma in their chosen fields of study at the Tegina Study Centre.

This initiative is part of a complete sponsorship program launched by Hon. Ismail Musa Modibbo, the National Assembly Member representing the people of Shiroro, Rafi, and Munya Federal Constituency.

The program aims to support orphans and underprivileged children in achieving their educational goals and dreams for the future.

During the inaugural presentation of the admission letters to the beneficiaries, Mal. Garba Bako, the District Head of Tegina, urged the students to take full advantage of this opportunity by dedicating themselves to their studies.

He emphasized that their commitment as pioneer students would determine their future success, ensure the continuity of this program, and encourage Hon. Modibbo and others to do more in the future.

Engr. Umar Idris, the Secretary of the Tegina District Education Committee, warned the students that their performance in the first semester would be crucial in determining whether Hon. Modibbo and other sponsors could continue to fund their tuition fees.

He advised them to be determined and prepare diligently for the challenges ahead.

In his speech, Dr. Ibrahim Dantata, the Center Coordinator of the IBBU School for Preliminary Studies in Tegina, welcomed the new students and encouraged them to be good ambassadors of the school in their academic and personal conduct.

He stressed that the school would not tolerate any misconduct or behavior violating the ethics of the institution and the community.

In their separate addresses, two close allies of Hon. Modibbo, Comrade Hashimu Ibrahim, Senior Aide, and Hon. Hashimu Bawa, Councillor of Tegina Ward, congratulated the beneficiaries and wished them success in their respective fields of study.

They stressed the importance of making the most of this rare opportunity and the generous support from Hon. Modibbo.

Comrade Hashimu Ibrahim further noted that a similar scholarship program is being extended to Shiroro and Munya local governments. Admission forms for 60 orphans from Shiroro and 40 from Munya have already been purchased from FCE Kontagora, Kuta Study Centre, and will soon be distributed to the selected candidates.

Additionally, several other candidates sponsored by the Honourable Commissioner for Tourism, Hajiya Fatima Adamu, have also received their admission letters
