The Niger State Police Command has implemented a Joint Security Convoy Patrol to ensure a peaceful celebration throughout the night.

This initiative is designed for quick response and intervention in case of any incidents.

In a statement from the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Wasiu A Abiodun he warned miscreants to refrain from any wrongful behavior during the celebrations and beyond, as security agencies are fully prepared to address any attempts to create disturbances.
