Governor Umaru Bago Pays Condolence Visit to Alhaji Nma Kolo Over Mother-in-Law’s Death
Niger State Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago has paid a condolence visit to Alhaji Nma Kolo over the passing of his mother-in-law, Hajiya Fatima Yusuf.
The governor, who described the loss as saddening, urged Alhaji Nma Kolo and the immediate family of the deceased to stay strong in faith, as the death of Hajiya Fatima is a test from Allah.
He offered words of encouragement to the family and urged them to keep praying for her soul to rest.
Governor Umaru Bago also visited the family residence of the late Alhaji MK Ahmed to express condolences to the Director General of the Procurement Board, Abubakar Mohammed, over the death of his elder sister, Hajiya Rakiya Mohammed.
The governor comforted the family members and encouraged them to stay resolute in prayer.
He reminded all Muslims that death is inevitable, and therefore they should reflect and draw closer to Allah through worship.
Special prayers were conducted for the peaceful repose of the souls of all the departed.
