Niger State Government Collaborates with A. A. Helmer Solutions Limited to Revitalize State Printing Press

The Niger State Government, through the Ministry of Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs, has formalized a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with A. A. Helmer Solutions Limited for the takeover and management of the Niger State Printing Press, an agency under the ministry.
The MoU was signed at the Government House in Minna by Secretary to the State Government (SSG) Alhaji Usman Abubakar and the Honourable Commissioner for Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs, Hon. Abdulrazaaq Mua’azu Jikantoro (Jakadan Borgu), representing Governor Umaru Muhammed Bago.
This partnership is aimed at revitalizing the Niger State Printing Press to boost operational efficiency, enhance service delivery, and maximize the utilization of the facility. It underscores the current administration’s commitment to strengthening government institutions through strategic partnerships that foster productivity and long-term sustainability.
During the signing ceremony, Governor Bago reiterated his administration’s dedication to repositioning state-owned enterprises to improve performance and economic viability.
Hon. Abdulrazaaq Mua’azu Jikantoro will oversee the implementation of the MoU through the ministry to ensure compliance and the achievement of its objectives.
Mr. Olumide Ajayi, Project Coordinator for A. A. Helmer Solutions Limited, expressed gratitude to the Niger State Government for the opportunity to collaborate and assured that the company would diligently fulfill its mandate to rehabilitate and efficiently manage the Printing Press.
In his remarks, Hon. Jikantoro praised Governor Bago for initiating the partnership, viewing it as a significant step toward strengthening institutional capacity and enhancing public service delivery in the state.
The Niger State Government remains committed to policies and initiatives that promote institutional reform and sustainable economic development across the region.
