Niger Deputy Governor Congratulates Prof. Nuhu Tachi on Appointment as Executive Director of NCDC

The Deputy Governor of Niger State, Comrade Yakubu Garba, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Prof. Muhammad Bashar Nuhu Tachi on his appointment as the Executive Director and Member of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC).
In a statement issued through his Press Secretary, Ummikhaltume Abdullahi Kuta, Comrade Garba described Prof. Nuhu as an exceptional leader whose extensive experience will significantly contribute to the Commission’s growth and the successful fulfillment of its mandate.
He encouraged Prof. Nuhu to utilize his expertise as both an educationist and administrator to introduce impactful initiatives that will drive significant achievements within the NCDC.
The Deputy Governor offered prayers for divine guidance and strength for Prof. Nuhu in his new role and expressed confidence that the appointments within the Commission would lead to meaningful transformation in the North Central region and foster productive engagement.
Comrade Garba also assured that the Niger State Government is committed to supporting all NCDC initiatives and programs aimed at advancing development in Niger State and the other member states of the Commission.
Prof. Nuhu Tachi is a former Commissioner for Tertiary Education in Niger State. He is an educationist and philanthropist, and he is the founder and Chairman of the Basira Bashir Foundation (BBC).
