Atiku’s Running Mate, Okowa, Defects to APC

Ifeanyi Okowa, the former Governor of Delta State and the Vice Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

This announcement was made on Wednesday, shortly after a meeting at the Delta State Government House in Asaba.

Before making the announcement, Okowa addressed the citizens in his native dialect, emphasizing that he would make the best decision.

“Rest assured that we will not head in the wrong direction. We will take the best path for our people,” Okowa stated.
