Suleja Council Chairman tasks Youths to shun planned protest and embrace dialogue.
The Chairman of Suleja Local Government Council Hon Isyaku Bawa Naibi Dallatun Dawaki has advised youths against act of vandalism and destruction of public properties during the proposed planned protest.
In a statement signed by the council spokesman Haruna M Garba,stated that the chairman admonished Suleja youths to shun violence and embrace dialogue in all areas of disputes.
The chairman cautions those promoting protest to think on the implications of the act and embrace dialogue with the government,while instisting that all the agitation are containable.
He also decried the rampart increased of vandalisation of public facilities such as solar lights and drainages by unscrupulous elements.
While the chairman calls on people to be vigilant and protect public facilities, he assures that culprits would not go unpunished.
In another development, the chairman said efforts are on top gear towards addressing critical areas such as primary education, medical facilities, water and sanitation and security in the coming projects.
According to the statement youth empowerment and medical assistance would be enhanced and spread to reach all the ten wards of the council. As well as workers welfare and infrastructural development will form part of the next phase of projects.
