Lets support and pray for success of Farmer Umaru Bago- Nma Kolo
Muslim faithfuls have been called upon to intensify prayers for peace, security and economic boom as the month of Ramadhan enters the tenth day.
In a statement issued by the Special Adviser Political to the Farmer Governor of Niger State,Hon. Mohammed Nma Kolo Jawon Minna, in Minna recently, made available to Nigeria Daily Post, described the month of Ramadhan as sacred period of opportunity for self reflection hence the need to deepen love towards one another and for the progress and development of a New Niger.
“I call on all NIGERLITES to support and pray for Farmer Umaru Mohammed Bago the Executive Governor Niger State through our thoughts, words and actions towards the sustenance of peace, security, and development not only in Niger State but Nigeria at large
“Therefore, Ramadan is an opportunity for us to rededicate ourselves to the virtues displayed by Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
“To God be the Glory, the Christian faithful are observing their LENT period which coincides with the Ramadan fast” The statement further reads.
He described prayer as a veritable instrument capable of turning around the fortune of state and country as a whole
“When we collectively put Niger State in our prayers during this Ramadan and Lent period, we will, by Allah’s grace, be able to reach a turning point in our individual, family and national lives that will bring about a New Niger and Renewed Hope agenda of the present administration that functions to provide peace, progress, prosperity and economic growth to every Nigerlite
“Some of our challenges may look overwhelming but during this Ramadan, our connection and reconnection with Allah make our resolve stronger and our challenges weaker. We are thus able to gain a new lease of life and a divine paradigm of possibilities” Nma Kolo stated .
He prayed to Allah to guide our leaders, bless Niger State, bless Nigeria and accept our collective prayers.
