The death has occurred of Zacheus Salawadeen, a special assistant, communication in the office of special adviser, political matters, in the early hours of today, in Tundun Fulani , minna.
Preliminary reports, reveal that alleged assassins invaded the one bedroom flat, locked other tenants and forcibly gained entrance into his flat.
The attackers, allegedly numbering three, carted away his laptop and camera.
Zacheus, self sponsored himself at Federal University of Technology, Minna, where he obtained a Bsc in physics, through his freelance photography and studio.
The case has been reported at Bosso division, Nigeria Police, who have already swung into action.
Meanwhile, the dead body has been deposited at the IBB specialist hospital mortuary.
The deceased is survived by his mother, wife and three children.
