State University of Education implementation Committee commences work for it’s take-off.
The implementation Committee for the take-off of Niger State University of Education Minna has swung into action shortly after its inauguration by Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago.
The Committee led by its Chairman, Prof. Muhammad Yahaya Kuta, was at the College of Education (COE) Minna, to inspect places where there will be a demarcation between the COE and the new University of Education.
Some of the places inspected by the Committee members were the Talba forest, the Technical School and the second gate of COE Minna.
The visit was to ascertain how to make optimal utilisation of the 245 hectares of land for the establishment of the University and the existing College of Education .
It is expected that architects and other experts will bring out the design for the construction.
Governor Umaru Bago had constituted the Implementation Committee that will ensure a smooth take-off of the State University of Education.
