Tafa Local Government went agog as Arafat Magaji Flagg off campaign.
Members and supporters of All Progressives Congress (APC) have stormed Sabon Wuse, the headquarters of Tafa Local Government area of Niger state as Arafat Haruna Magaji, the candidate of the House of Representatives for Suleja, Tafa and Gurara federal constituency, flag off his campaign.
The candidate in his speech promised to use his position when elected to ensure the welfare of his people and securing their lives and properties.
He stated that he will use his wealth of experience in bringing the dividends of democracy to the constituents.
He also promised when elected in the coming general election, he will accord priority to education, security, health, water supply, rural electrification and human development.
Meanwhile, a former minister, Alh Abubakar Bawa Bwari who once served as Chief Whip of House of Representatives, explained that he was optimistic that Arafat Magaji will make difference if given the mandate.
He said that for the past eight years of Haruna Arafat Magaji serving him as legislative aid when he was at the National Assembly he saw sincerely, loyalty dedication to duty and a very sincere and honest person in him.
He then tasks eligible voter’s in the area to see Arafa’s candidature as a tasks that must be accomplished, assuring that he will deliver the devidend of democracy to his people when elected.
The occasion was graced by many dignitaries within and outside the state including the Council Chairmen of Suleja, Gurara and Tafa local government areas, Federal permanent secretary and Party stakeholders among others.
