Gov. Sani Bello Presents cheques to successful beneficiaries of the world Bank COVID-19 stimulus grants in Niger state.

The Governor of Niger state, Abubakar Sani Bello has tasks beneficiaries of the World Bank Covid-19 Action recovery and Economic stimulus programme to Use the grant to boast their business so that they can be employer of labour in future.Â
Governor Abubakar Sani Bello stated this during the symbolic presentation of cheques to successful beneficiaries under the World Bank Covid-19 Action recovery and stimulus program in Minna.
Abubakar Sani Bello urged all the beneficiaries to adquately make good use of the World Bank grant in improving and boasting their business in the state.
The Director General Niger state SMEs/MFA and also the state NG-Cares result Area-3 Team Head, Mallam Shuibu Gwada said the program is aimed at facilitating, enhancing and cushioning the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic to their business.
Shuibu Gwada mentioned that about six hundred and fifty successful beneficiaries of the program have been given three hundred thousand and some received six hundred thousand naira each through the Bank of Industry across the state.
The DG Commends the state Government for being amongst the state that has successfully been keyed in and implement the NG-Cares programme.Â
