Niger state House of Assembly challenged the Governor for the dissolution of commission,boards and parastatal.

The plenary was thrown in a frenzy after the correspondence was read by the Deputy Speaker Afinike Dauda seeking the approval of the legislators to permit the executive to dissolve the commission,board and parastatal.

Some Members were of the opinion that they were not carried along in decision making adding that they read and heard the news on newspapers front pages and Various media outlets hence the dissolution should be reversed.

However after serious deliberations the members unanimously revolved to approved the correspondence and meet with the executive to address further occurrences.
