Niger State Pension Board Addresses Delay in May 2026 Pension Payments

The Niger State Pension Board wishes to inform all state pensioners that the delay in the payment of May 2026 pensions is due to temporary challenges in processing banking transactions.
In a press release, the management of the Niger State Pension Board stated that all necessary payment arrangements were completed, and payment schedules were issued within the stipulated timeframe before the technical issue arose.
The Board is actively working with relevant financial service providers to resolve the issue quickly and ensure all affected pensioners receive their payments as soon as possible.
We understand the importance of timely pension payments for our retirees’ well-being and sincerely regret any inconvenience and concern this delay may have caused.
