Niger State Organized Labor Meets with Joint Action Committee (JAC),Promises to Address Gratuity Issues.
The Chairman of organized labor in Niger State held a meeting with Joint Action Committee (JAC) to discuss their concerns about delayed gratuity payments and related issues.
Comrade Idris Abdul Kareem Lafene, the NLC Chairman, assured them of his commitment to prompt action, emphasizing that the Niger State Governor is highly dedicated to workers’ welfare and supports dialogue, reflecting the worker-friendly stance of the state government.
Representing the Joint Action Committee (JAC) leadership, Alh Shaka Adaba expressed gratitude to organized labor in Niger State for their quick response.
He reaffirmed their full support and loyalty as they await a resolution between organized labor and the state government on relevant issues.
Comrade Idris Abdul Kareem Lafene, the leader of organized labor, appreciated the trust and support from the pressure group and promised to intervene in the matter.
Attendees included Comrade Abdullahi Erena, Vice Chairman of the NLC in Niger State, as well as leaders of pressure groups.
