Federal High Court Grants Bail to Abubakar Malami and Two Others
The Federal High Court in Abuja has granted bail to former Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, along with two other individuals, set at #500 million with two sureties.
According to the judge, the sureties must possess landed property within the Federal Capital Territory, specifically in Asokoro, Maitama, or Gwarinpa.
They are also required to submit their travel documents to the court. The case has been adjourned to February 17 for trial.
