Two Parents of students at St. Mary’s School in Papiri Agwara have died amid rising kidnapping concerns.
Two parents of students abducted from St. Mary’s Private, Primary, and Secondary School in Papiri have died amid ongoing fears about child kidnappings in the area.
The incident was confirmed on Wednesday by Most Rev. Bulus Dauwa Yohanna, the Catholic Bishop of Kontagora Diocese, who also owns the school.
Bishop Yohanna explained, “The man, Anthony Musa, died of a heart attack, but we do not have details about the female parent yet, as we haven’t been able to contact the family.”
The community and local authorities continue to seek answers as concerns over student safety grow amid the widespread kidnapping crisis.
