In a recent briefing at the Daza Television Conference Hall in Minna, the Managing Director of Techs and Concrete Dr Shuibu Ameza, the company responsible for constructing the NSDC International Market Madalla in Suleja, shared important updates about this ambitious project.
The company has partnered with Alhaji Ishaku Nurudeen Daza to raise awareness and promote the market throughout Niger State and the world.
The NSDC International Madalla Market project, awarded by the well-respected “farmers’ governor,” Alhaji Umaru Muhammadu Bago, aims to create a vibrant commercial hub in the Suleja local government area. The development will feature over 4,000 shops, a banking hall, fire services, and educational facilities for traders’ children, ensuring they can receive quality education without leaving the market.
Plans also include a well-designed road network, a motor park connecting various states, and the installation of CCTV surveillance to enhance security. Additionally, the project will provide an independent power supply to ensure reliable energy for all market operations.
The Managing Director emphasized the importance of community participation in this initiative, encouraging both traders and non-traders to take advantage of investment opportunities in commercial property. Currently available through an Off-Plan arrangement, the project offers potential investors the chance to earn a promising return of up to 300% within the next 10 to 12 months.
“This is a unique opportunity to engage in a transformative project and contribute to the economic growth of Niger State,” the Managing Director stated. He assured the community that ongoing efforts are being made to keep local stakeholders informed and involved in this significant development.
As construction progresses, the firm is committed to highlighting the investment opportunities available, reinforcing the importance of this project for the people of Niger State.
Dr. Shuibu Ameza, the Managing Director of Techs and Concrete, noted that Alhaji Ishaku Nurudeen Daza’s vibrancy and trustworthiness encouraged them to sign a memorandum of understanding to showcase the project from its early stages to completion on a global stage.
In his remarks, Alhaji Nurudeen Isyaka Daza expressed gratitude for being recognized by such a prominent international company through the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to showcase this significant project.
He dedicated this recognition to the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) and the entire staff of Daza Television and Prestige FM.
During the forum, he urged the people of Niger State to take advantage of the project in its early stages, enabling them to have a stake in the Madalla International Market in Suleja, Niger State.
