Youth Empowerment: A Priority for Development, Says Mr. Sammy Adigun

In a recent meeting at his office, Mr. Sammy Adigun, Executive Chairman of Niger Foods Security System and Logistics Company, emphasized the critical importance of youth empowerment for the development of every state.
This statement was made during a
courtesy visit from Comrade Salihu Yusuf, leader of the Northern Youth Council of Nigeria, who presented Mr. Adigun with a confirmation of patronage on Tuesday.
During their discussion, Mr. Adigun stressed the need for youth sensitization and encouraged young individuals to stay focused on their goals.
He reiterated the saying, “As you build the youth, you build the nation,” highlighting the significant role young people play in nation-building.
Mr. Adigun praised the Northern Youth Council of Nigeria for the award he received and assured the youth of his commitment to creating more empowerment programs that will foster growth within the state.
Comrade Salihu Yusuf, who led the delegation, described Mr. Adigun as a role model with integrity and a hallmark of exceptional leadership. He stated, “Mr. Chairman is a light at the end of the tunnel,” acknowledging Mr. Adigun’s contributions to societal development through his visionary leadership and commitment to professionalism.
Additionally, Comrade Yusuf called for increased awareness campaigns and religious tolerance, urging broad support for initiatives designed to sustain these empowerment efforts.
