ICEeL IBBUL Opens 2025/26 Admissions for Part-Time Undergraduate Programs.

The Institute of Continuing Education and e-Learning (ICEeL) at Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai (IBBUL), has officially commenced the sale of application forms for admission into its part-time undergraduate degree programs for the 2025/26 academic session.

This announcement was made by Associate Professor Mohammed Ibrahim Baji, Director of ICEeL, highlighting that the minimum duration for the programs varies: the first year requires twelve semesters, the second year ten semesters, and the fourth year six semesters.

Professor Baji encouraged prospective applicants to either visit the Institute’s website at ibbuiceel.edu.ng or go to the Institute’s Secretariat located at the IBB University Guest House, opposite Trade Fair Complex in Shango, Minna.

The available part-time undergraduate courses include Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting, Political Science, Sociology, Economics, Public Administration, Business Administration, Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Adult Education, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History and International Studies, and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Counselling Psychology.

Applicants for year one must possess a minimum of five O’Level credits in NECO, WAEC, or NABTEB, including English and Mathematics. Those applying for year two are required to have a National Diploma or a recognized university diploma in a relevant field, along with the necessary O’Level qualifications.

For year four applicants, a Higher National Diploma (HND), a recognized university degree, or an Advanced Diploma acknowledged by IBBU, along with the required O’Level credits, is mandatory.

The application forms for the Institute of Continuing Education and e-Learning (ICEeL) IBBU Lapai are available for purchase online at a cost of Ten Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty-Three Naira (₦10,623).

Classes will be conducted exclusively on weekends.
