DG Policy and Strategy Comrade Labaran extends Christmas and New Year wishes to Christians.
I, Comrade Labaran Garba, Director General for Policy and Strategy to the Niger State Governor, would like to express my heartfelt congratulations to Christians on the occasion of Christmas.
In a statement commemorating this special time, I emphasized the significance of celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, as described in the Holy Scriptures. I highlighted the importance of remembering Jesus’ teachings, which center around love, peace, and sacrifice.
As I extend my congratulations to Christians both in Niger State and around the world, I urge them to continue praying for peace and prosperity in Niger State and Nigeria as a whole.
Looking ahead to the New Year, I encourage everyone to strengthen their faith in God and foster positive relationships moving into 2025. I reaffirm Governor Umar Bago’s unwavering commitment to the New Niger Agenda, which aims to improve the social and economic well-being of our people.
I also call on the residents of our state to remain vigilant and report any suspicious individuals or activities to the appropriate security agencies.
Finally, I pray for a prosperous and fulfilling 2025 for all.
