Nexter Radio 97.7 FM Chairman Nma Kolo Congratulates Newly Elected NAWOJ Leaders

Mohammed Nma Kolo, Chairman of Nexter Radio 97.7 FM in Minna, has extended his congratulations to the recently elected leaders of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ) on their successful assumption of office.
In a statement on behalf of Nexter’s management and staff, Chairman Mohammed Nma Kolo praised the election process as a sign of members’ confidence in their new leadership.
He emphasized the transparency and peaceful conduct of the electoral process, highlighting its importance in strengthening democratic values within professional organizations.
Kolo expressed confidence that the new leadership will build on the achievements of their predecessors by promoting professionalism and ethical journalism, while also prioritizing the welfare and safety of women journalists across the country.
Nexter reaffirmed its commitment to supporting NAWOJ’s initiatives and working together to promote credible journalism and social progress.
He wished the new leaders a successful and impactful term.
Additionally, the Niger State Chapter of NAWOJ has inaugurated a newly elected leadership team, including Dr. Asabe Sule Garba as Chairperson, Ruth Gana as Vice Chairperson, and Hauwa Inuwa as Secretary.
The team also features Aisha Baba-Doko as Assistant Secretary, Treasurer Fatima Kaka-Suleiman, Financial Secretary Safiya Muhammad Yaman, and Hussaina Musa as Auditor.
