NBA Minna Branch Honors Governor Umar Bago on His 51st Birthday.

The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Minna Branch, extends heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency Farmer Dr. Umaru Mohammed Bago, the Executive Governor of Niger State, as he celebrates his 51st birthday.

In a letter authored by the Chairman, Isyaku Barau, Esq., the association lauded the governor for his exceptional leadership and transformative initiatives that have left a significant mark on the state over the past one year and nine months.

The letter emphasized Governor Bago’s unwavering dedication to infrastructural and economic advancement, particularly through the New Niger and Urban Renewal project, which has initiated extensive construction and reconstruction of roads, enhancing urban development and connectivity throughout the state.

The NBA also highlighted the impactful Niger Foods initiative, which has revitalized the agricultural sector, enhancing food security, productivity, and employment prospects for the citizens of Niger State.

Furthermore, Governor Bago’s administration received commendation for implementing a groundbreaking N85,000 minimum wage for civil servants, the highest in Northern Nigeria, reflecting his commitment to improving the welfare of the state’s workforce.

As the NBA applauds these significant achievements, it encourages the governor to maintain this progressive momentum by extending his developmental agenda to vital areas such as security, poverty alleviation, and education.

The association underscored the importance of bolstering security measures, empowering vulnerable communities, and improving access to quality education for the long-term prosperity and stability of Niger State.

The letter closed with warm birthday wishes, expressing hopes for greater wisdom, strength, and continued success for Governor Bago as he guides Niger State toward a brighter and more prosperous future.

The governor’s 51st birthday celebration serves not only as a personal milestone but also as a moment to reflect on the remarkable advancements made under his visionary leadership, instilling optimism among residents for continued transformation and development in the state.

Signed

Barr. Isyaku Barau Esq
Chairman NBA, Minna Branch.
