Governor Umaru Bago Leads Islamic Scholars in Inspecting the New Juma’at Mosque at the Justice Idris Legbo Centre

Niger State Governor, Umaru Bago, a farmer, has led a group of Islamic scholars from the State’s Imam Forum to inspect the newly constructed Juma’at Mosque (An-Noor) located at the Justice Idris Legbo Kutigi International Conference Centre in Minna.
The newly built mosque is set to be inaugurated on February 28, 2025, and will serve as the new Government House Jum’at Mosque.
Governor Umaru Bago stated that knowledgeable Islamic scholars will be invited to help select a substantive imam who will deliver sermons and lead the Muslim Ummah in congregational prayers.
Members of the Imam Forum described the development as phenomenal and praised Governor Bago for his foresight and efforts toward the advancement of Islam.
