Govt. authorities are urged to recognize private institutions as essential partners in enhancing the quality of education.

The management of Great Success College of Health Science and Technology Gwada has been commended for providing an enabling learning environment.
The former member representing Bosso constituency in the state House of Assembly, Malik Madaki, stated this while speaking at the ten matriculation ceremony for fresh college students held at the school premises, appreciated the management’s efforts towards infrastructural and academic development.
Malik Madaki Bosso, who spoke internally about the progress recorded by the school so far, encouraged parents to pay their children’s school fees promptly to enable the school to meet its obligations.
Also speaking, the former Speaker in the State House of Assembly, Ahmed Marafa Guni, called on the school’s management to continue bridging the communication gap between it and parents to foster understanding.
Ahmed Marafa Guni identified knowledge as the key to the development of every society, challenged the youths to embrace Western and Islamic knowledge, and instilled good moral values in them to enable them to become good future leaders.
In their separate contribution, the Chairman of the school’s Governing Board, Abdullahi Danladi Ahmed, advised the students to avoid examination malpractice and imbibe the spirit of reading books to excel academically.
They thanked the teachers and the students for the high sense of maturity displayed in the school and charged both parents and the teachers to put more effort and work hard to inculcate good moral values in the students.
In his closing remarks, the college’s registrar, Damilofumi Oludoye, tasked the students to be good ambassadors of the school and abide by the rules and regulations of the college.
He appealed to the government at all levels to see the private institutions as an intervention to enhance qualitative education to the younger generation in the state and the country.
