Chief Imam Fed. Polytechnic Bida advocates need for muslims to put their trust in Allah.
The Chief Imam of the Federal Polytechnic Bida Ustaz Abdulrahman Aboki has admonished muslim faithfuls to always put their trust in Allah at all times amidst the difficulties they face in their day to day lives.
Broadway Bulletin reporter Muhammed Baba Muhammed reports that the chief imam made the call while delivering his weekly Friday sermon at the Polytechnics main Masjid.
The Cleric explained that Allah tests his servants in different ways and the best way to pass His test was to put their trust solely on Him as He alone has the key to unlock their predicament.
He said, one of the most effective ways to get Allah’s favors and ease was through supplications adding that they should supplicate to Allah and Prophet Muhammad S.A.W especially on Fridays and after Asr prayer.
“It is very Important for you as a Muslim to supplicate to Allah to take you out of every situation that you are in, as mode of transportation, fuel and food are all high”.
He urged well to-do individuals to help the needy especially at a time like this when affording a square meal is almost impossible for many people.
The second part of his sermon dwelt on the need for traders to desist from making profit through “riba”.
