Commissioner for Tertiary Education assures Staff of conducive Working Environment,as he assumed Office.

The Commissioner, Niger state ministry of tertiary education Abdullahi Adamu Mamagi has assured of providing a conducive working environment for effective service delivery.
The commissioner gave the assurance when addressing the staff of the ministry yesterday.
He said having a conducive working environment will encourage the staff to deliver the mandate expected of them.
Abdullahi Adamu urged the staff to embrace teamwork as it will geared towards achieving the mandate of the ministry.
The commissioner also seeks the support and cooperation of the staff to enable him attain the success of the ministry as he can not do it alone
He reiterate commitment of changing the narratives of the ministry noting that making a move to impact positive change one has to act extraordinary .
According to him, the ministry is the regulatory body of all tertiaries in the state hence the need to accord the institutions the lay down rules and regulations of the ministry.
The commissioner also inspect the offices of the ministry and expressed dismay noting that it is not encouraging adding that if not the staff are dedicated they will not becoming to work.
In his remarks, the permanent secretary of the ministry Doctor Usaman Idris Gbogan expressed delight having Abdullahi Adamu mamagi as the commissioner of the ministry.
He described the commissioner as a man of integrity, dedicated, committed, achiever and a goal getter.
Doctor Usman Gbogan assured of the staff support and cooperation towards attaining the ministry to its greater height.
The permanent secretary charged the staff to be open minded in term of positivity, work as well as mind of changing the narratives of the ministry adding that under the commissioner’s watch the ministry will move fast noting that the staff will be propel to work.
He urged the staff to be apt and responsible to ensure they achieve collectively what the system aimed them to achieve.
In there separate goodwill messages, director tertiary Amina Gogo, Director budget and planning has assured of their maximum support in ensuring that the ministry get to its height.
