Niger NUJ  Honours Foremost politician, Recognises Nma Kolo as Outstanding Political Office Holder

The Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Niger State Council has recognised the immediate past Special Adviser Political and Strategy to former Governor Abubakar Sani Bello, Alhaji Nma Kolo as the most outstanding Political Office Holder from 2019 to 2023 in Niger State.

The Commendation was contained in a Recognition letter presented to the Politician by the leadership of the Niger State Council of NUJ, led by the Chairman of the Union, Comrade Abu Nmodu in Minna recently.

The Chairman said the Union resolved to specially recognise the outstanding public service rendered by the Strategist following the coveted position he held as Special Adviser Political and Strategy from 2019 to 2023.

“We note with delight your media friendly nature and your open door policy that has made you distinct.

It is on record that you have a very commendable engagements in a polity where public office holders alienate themselves from the people.

Consequently the Council wish to specially recognise you to serve as a positive reinforcement for others to learn from, and consider public office as an avenue for service” the Chairman said.

Comrade Abu Nmodu assured the politician of continued support even outside office.

In his remarks, Nma Kolo appreciated the support he had so far enjoyed from Journalists in the state for the past Twenty years when he held sway as the Secretary of Amalgamation of Nigeria Youth Association.

He dedicated the Recognition to all Journalists in the State stressing that he owes his success in politics to all the media practitioners in Niger State.
