The former Customs National Public Relations Officer (PRO) and Kebbi State Area Command Controller Mr. Joseph Atta has called on all the customs officer in the state to be dedicated and honesty to there senior principals in order to move the units forward and generate more revenue in the command.
He gave this advise yesterday at the send forth reception organised in honor of him adding that honest is a way of bring development in human’s life.
Attah who is going on terminal leave described his experience in service as way of blessing and dedication to the humanity, urge other to emulate the same good well of services.
‘i really thank you people and the Custom in general most especially the controller General of Nigeria Custom Services Ahmed Ali for putting the custom in a propal shape’ he said.
‘i had serious experience when I was a National spoke man of command Abuja where I got many awards including NIPR and other awards that promote Nigeria custom service in abroad’ he added.
Also speaking at the good well messages the acting controller Kebbi State command S.K Abdullahi described the outgoing area controller as a man that gave much of his time and other resources to the development of the Nigeria Customs Service and kebbi area Command.
“The man JO Attah is an embodiment of knowledge and experience, he is a pundits custom officer whose knowledge and experience traverse many aspects of the service and he was not only a controller but a Tutor, brother, a mentor and a model to emulate” he added.
“You should also known that the little period I worked with him gave me an opportunity to increase my repertoire of experience and leadership skills especially in the area of administration and crisis management’
Speaking early, the Kebbi State Commissioner of Police who was represented by the DC operation Aliyu Mohamed pray a God guide and protection as he is join his family.
He also described the outgoing area custom controller as a man of integrity and faithlessness who as the interest of the service and staff at heart.
‘we and other security agencies in the state are going to missed you but we wish you all the best in your retirement life” he added.
