Court grants bail to Man who causes grievous hurt to 400 level female student of IBBL.
A twenty six years old Mohammed Abba Yahaya of tungan Goro area in chanchaga local Government area of Niger state has been arranged before magistrate Court eight Minna for causing grievous hurt to four hundred level student of ibrahim babangida University lapai miss Hassana sani of kangiwa area chanchaga.
The suspect according to police report who believe to be former boy friend of Hassana Sani is alledged to have some time last month attacked the victim and collected her hand set value two hundred and ten thousand naira and inflicted serious injuries on her right eye.
The report further indicate that the mother of the victim Fatima Sani who is a widow reported the matter at chachaga police station and later refered to police CID headquater for investigation .
The offense according to the police report contravene section two,four,seven of the penal code law of Nigeria.
The Suspect had earlier pleaded guilty to the offense during the first mention of the case and was remanded in prison custody.
Ruling on the bail application, the presiding magistrate, Hajiya Samira Wambai granted the bail of the suspect and adjourned the case to fifteen of next month for hearing.
