Speaker Leads Assembly Members in APC Local Government Election Campaign Flag-off.
The Speaker of the Niger State House of Assembly and Director General of the State APC Campaign Council for the upcoming Local Government Council Election, Rt. Hon. Barr. (Dr.) Abdulmalik Mohammed Sarkin-Daji, led members of the 10th Niger State House of Assembly to the official campaign flag-off ceremony for Local Government Council Chairmanship candidates.
The event was held today at the Trade Fair Complex in Minna, Niger State.
In his address at the ceremony, the Speaker expressed his gratitude to party faithful and the people of Niger State for their impressive turnout, especially given the short notice of the event.
He described the attendance as overwhelming and congratulated the entire All Progressives Congress (APC) family for their unity and commitment.
Rt. Hon. Sarkin-Daji emphasized that the upcoming Local Government Election, scheduled for November 1, 2025, is not an ordinary election.
He stated that it will serve as a litmus test for the integrity, capacity, and popularity of the ruling party under the leadership of the Farmer Governor, Hon. Mohammed Umar Bago, and the good people of Niger State.
