BEMPYE train’s about 42 youths in its first edition skills acquisition programme.

In an efforts to engage youths meaningfully, the Bosso Estate movement for progressive Youth Entrepreneur (BEMPYE) has trained not less than 42 Youths in it’s first edition of skills Acquisition Program, supported by Architect Abubakar Suleiman Gomna, member representing Bosso constituency at the Niger State House of Assembly.

The empowering future entrepreneurs targeted majorly for youths in Bosso Estate.

The graduation ceremony was held at Niger state school for special education.minna

Graced the occasion, the member representing Bosso constituency at the Niger state House of Assembly, Hon.Abubakar Suleiman Gomna who was represented by his wife, Hannatu Abubakar Suleiman, acknowledged the giant initiatives put in place by the Association which is aimed at engaging our youths in meaningful ventures.

He said skills acquisition in various fields was a sure avenue for self development and empowerment, and called on the youth to learn from and emulate successful entrepreneuer by starting business of their choices.

Hon. Abubakar Suleiman therefore charged youths in the state especially in Bosso Estate to acquire skills and financially literacy that would enable them become selves actualization in the society.

He said he would continue to embark on what will strengthen positive youth engagement and for the overall benefits of the area and his constituency at large.

Earlier in his opening remarks,the chairman Bosso Estate movement for progressive Youth Entrepreneur (BEMPYE) Yunusa Idris kuta noted that they organized the training following the sensitization they received on drugs abuse, which prompted their association to empowering youths in Bosso Estate to enable them to become selves reliant and take them away from engaging on drugs abuse and other social voices.

Mallam Yunusa Idris further noted that the initiative will be a continuous process to see overall development of bosso estate.

The ceremony climax with the lecture on negative effects of drugs Abuse, display of products produced by the graduands, Awards and certificate presentation as well as goodwill messages by dignitaries.
