Water Resources Commissioner Receives Governor Simon Lalong of Plateau State in Maikunkele.

Governor Abubakar Sani Bello of Niger State accompanied by Governor Simon Lalong of Plateau State has Commissioned Maikunkele township road.
The two Governors where received at the venue of the commissioning ceremony by the State Commissioner of Water Resources and Dams Development, Mamman Musa, at Maikunkele.
The Commissioner applauded Governor Abubakar Sani Bello, for the reconstruction of the road that link the Secretariat of Bosso Local Government with the rest of the town.
Mamman Musa at the ceremony presented fifty tubers of yam and a ram to the Plateau State Governor through the District Head of Maikunkele, Alhaji Suleiman Dada to express their happiness to the Governor for the reconstruction of the township roads.
He said “it is good to appreciate the infrastructural development been carried out by the Governor in the Local Government under Abubakar Sani Bello’s administration.
The Commissioner thanked Governor Abubakar Sani Bello Government for impacting tremendously in the socio-economic lives of the People of Bosso Local area.
In his remarks, Governor Simon Lalong of Plateau State, thanked the people of Maikunkele for receiving him warmly, and reiterated that the township road will go a long way in uplifting the living standard in area.
He promised to encourage Plateau farmers to start farming yams than Irish potatoes.
