Niger State Liquor Licence Board’s Executive Director Congratulates New NSUBEB Chairman on Appointment
Hon. Mohammed Hamisu Koguna, the Executive Director of Operation and Enforcement at the Niger State Liquor Licence Board, has officially congratulated Dr. Ibrahim Alhaji Liman on his recent appointment as the Chairman of the Niger State Universal Basic Education Board (NSUBEB).
