Abubakar The Commander, Corps of Artillery, Major General Zakari Abubakar, has declared that there is no longer a safe haven for criminal elements operating in Kontagora and its environs. According to him, sustainable development can only thrive in an atmosphere of peace. “Peace is the foundation of every meaningful development.
