Death of Ndaiji, Nupe great loss–Etsu Nupe

Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar, the Etsu Nupe and Chairman, Niger State Council of Traditional Rulers, says the death of late Ndaiji Nupe, Alhaji Abubakar Dyadya was a great loss to Bida Emirate, Kin Nupe, Niger state and Nigeria in general.
Etsu Nupe was reacting to the demise of the former elder stateman shortly after the funeral prayer at Maasaba Juma’at Mosque in Bida on Saturday.

The Royal father who expressed shock on the news of the passing on of the late Ndaiji Nupe described him as a very pious, philanthropic, patriotic and peace loving nationally.
According to Alhaji Abubakar, the decease was an iconicc leader, a patriot, humble and God fearing leader
Alhaji Abubakar described his death as a big blow and colossal loss to the entire emirate, Niger state and Nigeria at large.
“The entire kin Nupe have lost a great peace promoter, a rear gem and a great leader who ensures peaceful co-existence among the different ethnic groups in the area
”Late Ndaiji Nupe was a peace maker, promoter, a bridge builder and he had also contributed a lot to the development of not only the emirate but to the state and the country in general.
“The news of his death is shocking, heartbreaking and very painful, but God gives life and takes at will,” Etsu Nupe averred.
The Royal father described the deceased as a humble gentleman known for fairness and justice.
“He was a bridge builder, an amiable personality who is always at home with his people, whose vacuum would be too difficult to fill,” Alhaji Abubakar added
He urged the family members, Nupe kingdom and the state at large not to be depressed but to be courageous and have faith in God.
Alhaji Abubakar however, condoles the immediate family of the late Alhaji Dyadya, Bida Emirate Council and prayed God to grant the soul of the deceased Aljanna fidaus and formidable fortitude for his family to bear the loss
It will be recalled that Alhaji Dyadya who died at the age of 85 after a brief illness is survived by wives, many children and grand children
